Went in for Breakfast meal and how delicious it was. At £8.15 was impressed. Nice service too. Only thing missing is that I couldn't find how long it had been there as I remember it being there for years.... 1984 I was told. Amazing. Extensive menu. Nice atmosphere and reasonably quiet late morning on Friday.

The best jacket potato on earth, if it was my last day on earth a jacket potato at poppins would be my last meal. I feel like I'm in heaven and the breakfast options is amazing. I'd highly recommend this place.

We came as a big group of 9 and I was very impressed with the politeness and patience of the young ladies who were waiting on us and also how helpful the manager was. They even accommodated a disability 'scooter /bike'! We had many requests and they stayed calm and were so helpful. Full marks to them! We had them running around with all our requests and they were so helpful and polite. We all enjoyed our meals. The atmosphere was nice, homely and quiet.

This place has been here as long as I can remember. And from what I can remember, it hasn't changed much if at all over the years, but that's a good thing. They've got quite a big menu and an all day breakfast menu. The prices are reasonable too. When we went it was quite busy but the service was still quick and we got our food nice and hot. The food was tasty and it was quick to pay as well, they accept contactless card payment which is a big plus for me.

Myself and my friend popped on here for lunch. We sat down and a waitress named Ellie came to take our order and within 5 mins. She was polite and helpful. I ordered a Lemonade and my friend had a cup of tea. We then ordered two breakfasts. Hot, fresh and delicious. A good sized plate of food well worth trying. Clean and tidy. We left full and happy. Well worth popping in for either a lite snack or main meal. Waitresses and Chef/staff were very friendly.
